Who We Are?

ABIDAT, a collaboration between India’s ABAN Group and Israel’s Ben Gurion University, introduces Israeli farming innovations to India. This initiative helps stakeholders, especially farmers, adopt efficient methods to grow crops and manage farming systems using less water and resources. With groundwater scarcity rising globally, agriculture consumes 70% of extracted groundwater. India leads in usage, with extraction increasing from 25 billion cubic meters in 1960 to 250 billion in 2015. ABIDAT aims to ensure sustainable water-efficient agriculture.

Our Mission

To empower Indian agriculture by introducing innovative, sustainable farming techniques that optimize water and resource use. Through collaboration and knowledge-sharing, we aim to equip stakeholders, including farmers, with the tools and expertise needed to revolutionize farming practices, ensuring food security and environmental sustainability.

Our Vision

To be a global leader in promoting sustainable agriculture by bridging innovative Israeli technologies with Indian farming systems. We envision a future where efficient resource management transforms agriculture into a model of growth, resilience, and sustainability for generations to come.
